Our office is located at 54/20C in Lokmanya Nagar, right in Sector 20. It’s a bit tucked away behind some other buildings, so you have to look for the small sign near the entrance. We’ve been operating out of this space for quite some time now. It’s not a large area, just enough for our desks and a couple of metal storage racks for the hardware. We deal with system setups and fixing network issues for the most part. The walls are a bit bare, and the floor could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for us. Most of our day is spent troubleshooting things that stopped working for no clear reason. We get a lot of walk-ins from the local neighborhood. People in Lokmanya Nagar know us as the guys who handle the computer stuff. We don’t use any big words to explain what’s wrong; we just tell you if it’s fixable or not. Sometimes we have to order parts from across the city, which takes a day or two. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for software to install or for files to transfer. It’s a slow process sometimes, but you can't rush it. The traffic in Sector 20 can be a bit loud during the day, but it settles down in the evening. We close the shop around seven and head home to our families. It’s just a regular local business run by regular people.
