We are set up at Plot No. 248 in the Industrial Area, Phase-2. It is an industrial setting, but we mainly deal with the farmers from the surrounding countryside. We moved into this specific spot because it makes the transport side of things much easier. Being in an industrial area means there is always noise and trucks moving around outside. Agroserve Farmer Producer Company Limited was started because we saw a gap in how things were being handled locally. We are not a big corporation with fancy suits. It is just a few of us in the office most days. We talk to farmers and try to figure out the logistics for the month. Phase-2 is quite busy, so getting in and out can be a bit of a headache during the peak hours of the day. Our space is mostly used for storage and some basic admin work. We do not spend money on fancy furniture or decorations. It is just desks, some chairs, and a lot of paper ledgers. Sometimes the rain makes the roads around here a mess, but we keep the operations going regardless. It is a practical way to run things. We see a lot of different people coming through the doors. Some are looking for advice, while others are just delivering their goods. We try to keep it simple. There is no big secret to what we do. We just show up and handle the paperwork and the produce.
