We are located in Sector 22 at SCO 1092-93. It’s a fairly busy area, so there is always a crowd of people walking past our window. Our shop is where people come when their phones start acting up or they need a new SIM card quickly. We have a glass counter filled with different gadgets, chargers, and accessories. It gets a bit cluttered sometimes because we’re always receiving new stock or boxes from the distributors. The light inside is a bit bright, but it really helps when you’re looking at those tiny phone parts or trying to read serial numbers. We do a lot of recharges and bill payments for the folks who live nearby. It’s not just about selling things. Often, someone comes in because they can't figure out a setting on their smartphone. We sit down and try to help them out without making a big deal of it. The floor gets a bit muddy when it rains outside, but we sweep it whenever we get a quiet moment. There are two of us working here most of the time. We take turns going for lunch so the shop stays open for whoever needs us. It’s a lot of sitting and waiting for customers, then suddenly five people walk in at once and it gets hectic. We don’t have a fancy website or any corporate stuff. Most people just know us from being in the neighborhood for so long. We’ve been in this SCO for a while now. It’s a decent spot. We just keep things moving and try to fix whatever comes through the door.
