Our office is located at Sco 220 on the second floor in Sector 37C of Chandigarh. We’re right near Kumar Radio, which is an old landmark around here that everyone knows. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow and steep, but it’s a good way to stay active. Once you get inside, it’s a fairly basic and honest setup. We have desks, some metal filing cabinets, and a lot of career guides lying around on the tables. We spend our time talking to people about where they want to go in life and what jobs might suit them. It’s not always easy work, and sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with all the brochures and forms we have to keep track of. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just a few of us trying to keep things running day to day. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work on files. The windows look out over the street, so we see all the daily traffic and people walking by in Sector 37. It’s a busy place but we like the energy. Most of the people who come to see us are looking for some direction for their future. We don't use fancy jargon or big words. We just sit down and talk like normal people. If the tea kettle is on, we usually share a cup of tea.
