Sona Gift & Copy House

We are Sona Gift & Copy House, situated on Senepati Bapat Road. You can find us in the Chaturshrungi area of Pune, right in Sector 22. This shop does a bit of two different things, like the name says. We have the gift side where we sell things like figurines and cards, and then we have the copying side. People come in with their documents or school papers all the time. The machines make a lot of noise, but it’s a sound we are used to by now. It’s a busy road, so there is always a lot of movement outside. We get a mix of students from nearby and families who live in the neighborhood. Sometimes the shop feels a bit small when there are four or five people waiting for copies, but we manage. We aren’t a big chain or anything. It’s just a family-run place where we try to stay organized. We don't use any fancy software for our sales, just a regular cash box and a receipt book. It works for us. Sector 22 has a lot going on, and being on Senepati Bapat Road keeps us on our toes. We like the variety of people we meet every day. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s ours and we’ve been here a good while now. We try to keep the copy paper stocked up so no one is waiting too long.
