Shree Jagdamba Bearing

Shree Jagdamba Bearing is over at Sco-397 in the Manimajra Motor Market. We are on the 1st floor. If you know the motor market, you know it’s a place where things are constantly moving and there’s a lot of grease and metal around. We deal with bearings, which are small but pretty important parts for all sorts of machines. Being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is always packed with cars and mechanics. It’s loud, but that’s just the motor market for you. Our space is filled with boxes and shelves. We don’t have a lot of room for much else besides the stock. Sometimes the dust from the street gets in, but we just wipe things down and keep going. We've been in Manimajra for a bit now. The stairs are narrow, so moving heavy boxes of bearings up and down can be a real workout. We don't really have a fancy waiting area or anything like that. It’s a workspace first and foremost. People come in looking for specific sizes or types, and we spend our time checking the inventory. It’s honest work. The motor market has its own rhythm and we are just a small part of it. We open up early and stay until the work is finished. It’s not a glamorous job, but someone has to do it.
