Over at Scf 425 in the Manimajra Motor Market, things stay pretty loud and busy from sunrise to sunset. Bansal Sons has been a part of this market for a long time, and you can usually find us surrounded by the sound of engines and tools. The air smells like oil and metal, which is just part of the job when you’re in a motor market. We have a lot of regular customers who have been coming to us since my sons were little. It’s a family thing, really. We don’t have a big front desk or anyone in a suit; we are usually just wearing our work clothes and drinking tea between jobs. The shop gets crowded with parts and boxes, but we know where everything is. Manimajra is a tough place to work sometimes because it’s so crowded, but there is a good energy here. We deal with people from all over who are looking for help with their vehicles or parts. It’s honest work that keeps your hands dirty. We don’t spend much time on the computer, we’d rather be talking to the people who walk through the door. If you show up and the shutter is halfway down, just knock, we’re probably just tidying up in the back. It’s just how we run things day in and day out. We don't worry about being fancy because our customers just want things fixed right.
