Shivam Telecom is over in Sector 22 Sadashiv Peth. If you know the area, it’s pretty easy to find us. We’ve been set up here for a while now, mostly handling phones and talk time and that sort of thing. It’s a small space, but it works for what we do. Usually, there’s a couple of us behind the counter. The street outside can get quite loud with all the traffic in Sadashiv Peth, but it’s a good spot for a business. We see a lot of the same faces every week coming in for recharges or to ask about a new phone model. We don't have a big corporate team or anything fancy like that. It’s just a local shop. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we have to wait for it to come back, which can be annoying when customers are waiting. We try to stay organized, but sometimes boxes get stacked up in the corner.
