We’ve been over here at S N 99 in Mohali for some time now. It’s a busy spot but we like it. Mostly, people drop in because their phone screen cracked or they need a new SIM card. We handle a lot of different mobile brands and basic repairs. It’s just a small shop, nothing fancy. Usually, there’s a couple of us working behind the counter. We try to get things done fast because people can't really go without their phones these days. Sometimes it gets crowded in the afternoons, especially when the weather is hot outside. We have some accessories on the walls, chargers and cases mostly. It’s just a regular local place where you can get your balance topped up or fix a charging port that stopped working. We’ve seen a lot of phones come and go since we started. Mohali has changed a bit, but we’re still right here in the same place. We don't have a big team or anything, just enough people to keep things moving. If you need something for your phone or just a quick fix, this is where we are. We keep the doors open most days unless something comes up. It’s pretty straightforward. We deal with what comes in through the door. The workbench in the back is usually covered in tiny screws and parts from three different phones at once. It looks like a mess to some, but we know where everything is. Sometimes a repair takes longer if we have to wait for a part to arrive on the bus. That's just life here.
