SGS Communication is based in Sector 41, at house or shop number 134. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main markets, but we still get a steady stream of people. I’ve lived around here for years, so opening a shop in Sector 41 felt natural. We mostly help folks with their mobile phones. Whether it’s a software issue or a hardware fix, we try to get it sorted. The interior is pretty basic—just some glass counters and a few stools for customers to sit on while they wait. We sell a variety of SIM cards and help with the activation process, which can be a headache for some. My nephew helps me out on the weekends when it gets a bit more hectic. We aren't looking to be a huge retail chain. We like being the local shop where you can just walk in and talk. Sometimes we have old stock that stays on the shelf for too long, but that’s just how it goes. We handle a lot of small repairs that the big service centers won't touch. It’s practical work. The lighting in here could be better, but it works for what we need. We've built up a group of regulars who trust us with their devices. It’s nice to have that connection with the people living nearby. Just a regular business doing regular things. I keep a jar of candy for the kids who come in with their parents.
