We are located right in the middle of Phase I Industrial Area, specifically at Plot No 147-148. Being in this part of Chandigarh means it's usually quite busy during the day with all the factories and offices nearby. We set up shop here because it’s a practical spot for people coming into the city for business. It’s not the quietest neighborhood, but it gets the job done. Our building is easy to spot once you get into Phase I. We don’t have any grand philosophy or anything like that. We just open up every morning and make sure the place is ready for whoever walks in. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets crowded, but that’s just life in an industrial zone. We’ve got a small team here that looks after the daily chores and helps out when guests have questions about getting around. Most people stay with us because they have work nearby, and we try to make that easy for them. It’s a straightforward operation. We keep the lobby clean, handle the check-ins, and try to stay out of the way. It’s been our home for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the trucks and the workers moving around outside. Just a regular place for regular people needing a spot in the 160002 area code, nothing more complicated than that.
