Hotel Evergreen Dera Bassi Patiala

Even though the hotel is out toward Dera Bassi and Patiala, we run the office side of things from House Number 1731 in Sector 49-B, Chandigarh. It’s a quiet residential block. We use this space to handle bookings and manage the staff schedules for the hotel. It’s basically just a few computers and some filing cabinets in one of the rooms. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to guests or suppliers. It’s much quieter here than it is at the actual hotel front desk. Sometimes we have to drive out to Dera Bassi to check on things, but mostly we are here doing the paperwork. We’ve been using this address for a long time now. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist here since it's just an office in a house. We handle the bills and the guest lists and make sure everything is ready for the weekend rush. It can get a bit messy with all the receipts and ledgers, but we manage to stay on top of it. We’re just a small team trying to keep the hotel running smoothly from a distance. If someone calls about a room, we check the computer and let them know the status. It’s just a normal day of work for us here in 49-B, keeping things organized for the guests staying out at the hotel.
