Our location is C-66, Csio Colony, Sector 30/C in Chandigarh. This is where we operate from for Hotel Taj Chandigarh Chandigarh. It is a bit different because the actual hotel is in a different sector, but this address in Sector 30/C is where some of our staff or back-end operations are based. The CSIO colony is a nice, green area with lots of trees. It feels much calmer than the center of the city. We have a small office setup here. Sometimes the mail gets sent to the hotel instead of here, which causes a bit of a delay. The building is older and has that classic Chandigarh architecture. We have a few rooms used for meetings and keeping records. The pin code is 160030. People who work here usually take the bus or ride their scooters. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea in the mornings. It is not the grand lobby of the Taj, but it is where a lot of the quiet work happens. We have stacks of files and some old furniture that has been here for years. The windows look out onto the colony road. It is a peaceful place to work compared to the hustle of the main hotel. We just go about our business and try to keep things organized for the guests and the management. It isn't a flashy place, just functional for our daily needs.
