The walls have a few posters and maybe a clock that’s a few minutes fast. Most people who come here live just a few blocks away. It’s a very local operation. We know the shopkeepers downstairs and the people who run the stalls in the market. It’s a comfortable, low-key place to spend the day. No one is in a rush to be corporate or polished. We just provide a spot for people to study and learn in peace, right in the heart of the community, and we like it that way.
