Our place is in Sector 33, specifically at SCO-33 on the second floor. It's a pretty standard Chandigarh office block. We’ve been working out of this space for some time now. You walk up the stairs and we’re right there. The rooms are filled with desks and a few chairs for visitors. We don't go in for much decoration. It’s more about having a place to sit and get the work done. The view from the window is just the street and some trees, but it’s nice when the weather is good. Sector 33 is a bit quieter than the main markets, which we like. It lets us focus without too much noise from outside. We usually start our day with a quick talk about what needs to happen by evening. It’s a small group here. Everyone knows their job. We aren't a big corporation with thousands of employees. It’s just a handful of us making things happen. Sometimes we grab tea from the corner shop when we need a break. We try to be straightforward with anyone who comes in. There’s no need for fancy talk. If we can help with something, we say so. If not, we don't waste time. It’s a practical way to spend the day. The office feels lived in because we’re here so much. We probably should organize the bookshelf in the corner, but work always gets in the way of that.
