M.B.A In Human Resources

This is our small HR office located at 67 Sangam Enclave in Sector-48-A, Chandigarh. It’s more of a residential setup where we handle all the M.B.A. related human resources tasks for our projects. Sangam Enclave is a quiet place, which is good because it lets us focus on the paperwork without too much noise from the main roads. We don’t have a big staff here, just a couple of us working through the piles of documents and recruitment files. Most of the day is spent on the computer or talking to candidates over the phone. The office is basically one big room with some dividers and a lot of storage for files. We’ve lived and worked in Chandigarh for a long time, so we’re used to the way things work in the sectors. Sometimes the power cuts out for maintenance, and we have to take a break until the backup kicks in. It’s not a flashy corporate environment with glass walls. It’s more like a home office where we keep things practical and direct. We deal with a lot of student records and internship placements. We don’t have any big mission statements on the walls. We just try to get the hiring done and make sure people get their paperwork on time. It’s a lot of emailing and following up with different departments to make sure everything is in order.
