Being up on the top floor of SCO-368 in Sector-44 D means we get a decent view, but it also means a lot of stairs if the lift is acting up again. This part of Chandigarh is usually buzzing with people going to work. We have been running things here for a bit, focusing on engineering stuff because that is what we know. The office is not huge, but we make use of the space we have. There are desks piled with books and old computer parts sitting in the corner. It feels more like a workshop sometimes than a formal institute. We get a mix of students coming in, some from right nearby and others who travel a bit further. The air conditioning works most of the time, though it makes a loud humming sound in the afternoons. We do not really do much advertising or anything like that. People usually find us because someone they know told them we were here. It is a quiet enough place to study once you get inside and away from the street noise. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints or going over technical drawings. It is just a practical place for people who want to learn how things are built and fixed. We drink a lot of tea while we work through the harder problems. It is just how we do things here.
