Rose Hair Salon

Rose Hair Salon is up on the first floor at Dss 174 in the Main Market. We are right across from the Community Centre here in Chandigarh. Being in the main market means there is always something going on outside. You can hear the traffic and the people walking by through the windows. The shop is a bit older, and we have kept it that way. We have the standard setup for a hair place with a few chairs, some sinks for washing hair, and our tools laid out. We do mostly haircuts and basic styling. It is a walk-in kind of place. You come in, grab a seat, and wait your turn. The community centre across the street brings in a lot of people, so we see different faces all the time. But we also have our regulars who have been coming to us since we opened up. We are not trying to be the most modern shop in the city. We just provide a place where you can get your hair cut without a lot of talking or fuss. Sometimes we have the radio on in the background if it is too quiet. It is just a normal, everyday shop. We work long hours because that is when our customers need us. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but once you are inside, it is a comfortable enough spot to sit for a while.
