We are tucked into the mohalla where things are always moving. It’s a mix of an office and a storage area where we handle various goods for import and export. The streets around here can get a bit crowded, especially when we have a delivery arriving. We’ve been operating out of this building for a while now. Inside, there are stacks of papers and boxes everywhere. It might look a bit disorganized to an outsider, but we have our own system that works. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on the computer dealing with shipping schedules. It isn't a glamorous life, just a lot of logistics and making sure the numbers match up. We don't have a big front desk or a waiting room. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting at a desk covered in ledgers. We like being part of the local community here in Manimajra. People know us, and we know them. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with different suppliers. Some days are slow, while others are a total rush to get containers loaded. We just take it as it comes and try to keep things moving. It is a simple life of trading.
