Our office for Pyridion International Pvt. Ltd. is based in Mohali, specifically in Phase 3A. It’s a house, Hno.166, that we’ve turned into our workspace. It feels more comfortable that way, rather than being in a big cold office building. Being in Punjab, we have a certain way of doing things. We work hard, but we also like to keep things relaxed. We handle various international projects from here, though you wouldn't know it just by looking at the building. It’s just a regular house on a regular street. Inside, it’s a different story with computers and people busy at their screens. We’ve had this going for a while now, and the team has grown slowly. We aren't interested in sounding like a big multinational. We’re just a local group that happens to do work for people all over. Sometimes the work gets a bit technical and confusing, but we figure it out together. We don't have fancy titles or a strict dress code. Most days we’re just in our normal clothes, drinking plenty of tea and getting through the tasks. It’s a practical setup that works for us. We like the neighborhood here in Mohali, and it’s a good place to be based. That’s really all there is to our company—just a bunch of us working from a house in Ropar district.
