Purple Rice

We are located at 468 E in Sector 35. Our name is Purple Rice, and we’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. Sector 35 is a pretty active area, so there is always something happening outside our doors. Inside, we try to keep things calm, even when the kitchen gets really busy. We aren't part of any big group; we just wanted to start something of our own. The name is a bit different, but we liked how it sounded. Our day starts early with cleaning and getting the ingredients ready for the lunch rush. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations. Most of our focus goes into the cooking and making sure the orders go out right. Sometimes we make mistakes, like forgetting a side dish or getting a table number wrong, but we always try to fix it quickly. We’ve got a small team here, and most of us have been together since the start. It feels more like a family than a business. People from the offices nearby usually come in for a quick lunch, and then in the evening, we see more families. It’s a good mix. We like being part of the Sector 35 community. It’s not always easy running a place at 468 E, but we enjoy the work and the people we meet every day. We hope to stay here at this address for many more years to come.
