Orbit Hotel Orange

If you find yourself in Sector 36, you will see Orbit Hotel Orange right there at 356/357. We have been running this building for some time now. It is a bit of a process keeping all the rooms ready, especially when we have a full house and the laundry is piling up in the back. Most days, the front desk is just me or one of the guys watching the door and helping people with their bags. It is not like those big five-star places where everything is shiny and perfect. We have some scuffs on the baseboards and the elevator makes a funny sound sometimes, but it gets you where you need to go. People stay here for all sorts of reasons—some are just passing through and others stay for a week because of work nearby. We spend a lot of our time checking the linens and making sure the water heaters are actually working in every room. It is a lot of walking up and down the halls all day. Sector 36 is a decent area, and it is not too loud at night, which helps the guests sleep better. We do not really have a big marketing plan or anything like that; we just answer the phone when it rings and hope the people staying with us have a quiet night. It is a steady life keeping a hotel going. We just try to stay on top of the cleaning.
