Omnia Bpo

Our office is at 30, ASE- 1 in S.A.S. Nagar, which is in the Mohal area. Being a BPO means there is always someone around, usually with a headset on. It can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just the nature of the work we do. We handle calls and data for other businesses. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it’s steady and we have a good group of people here. The building is pretty standard for this part of town. We have a small break area where the microwave is, and that’s usually where you’ll find someone complaining about the traffic or talking about the latest cricket match. We don't have expensive furniture or a fancy waterfall in the lobby. Everything is functional and simple. We have rows of desks and computers that have seen better days. Mohal is a growing place, and we’ve seen a lot of changes around us lately. New shops and cafes are popping up, but we’ve stayed right here. We don't try to impress anyone with big words or fancy presentations. We just answer the phones, type in the data, and make sure the jobs get finished. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we try to keep the atmosphere light. We're just a bunch of regular people working hard to keep things running at Omnia Bpo.
