Neelam Beauty Salon

Our salon is located on the first floor at Dss147P on the Panchkula Road in Baltana. We are right near the Shiv Mandir. It’s a busy part of Zirakpur, but being upstairs makes it feel a bit more private. We get a lot of local women coming in for all kinds of beauty work. Since we are so close to the border, we also have plenty of customers who come from Chandigarh. I’ve been running this place for a few years. It’s a small operation. We have a couple of rooms for different treatments. It’s not a fancy spa, just a local beauty salon. Most of our customers are regulars who live in the apartments around here. They come in to get their hair done or for basic things like threading. We don't use any corporate language here. It’s just us doing our jobs. The stairs are a little steep, so you have to watch your step coming up. Once you are inside, it’s a calm space away from the traffic noise. We keep everything simple. There are no high-pressure sales here. We just do what you ask for. I like getting to know the ladies who visit us. We talk about our families and life in Zirakpur while the work gets done. It’s a friendly place. We open every morning and stay until the work is finished.
