Navi Mobile Repair is tucked away on S V P Road in Manimajra. If your phone screen is cracked or the battery won't hold a charge, this is where we work. It’s a modest setup. We have our tools and a workbench where most of the magic happens. It gets pretty dusty sometimes with all the parts lying around. We handle a lot of different brands. Every day someone brings in a phone that’s been dropped in water or just stopped turning on. We take it apart and see what’s wrong. It isn't always a quick fix, but we try our best. The shop isn't very large, so things can get a bit cramped when three or four people are waiting. We’ve been in Manimajra for a while. Most people find us through word of mouth. We don't really do much advertising. We just sit here and fix things. Sometimes parts are hard to find, so we have to tell people to wait a few days. That’s just the reality of repair work. We stay open pretty late most nights. It’s a busy street, so there’s always something going on outside. We just keep focused on the tiny screws and the circuit boards. It’s a quiet life in a noisy area. We enjoy the challenge of a tough repair job. We don't use any fancy systems to track things, just a pen and paper mostly.
