Navi Mobile Care

Navi Mobile Care is situated in Naya Gaon on Gotri Road. Our shop is B 03, which is a small spot but it’s enough for us. The walls are lined with those plastic bins full of spare parts and charging cables. We’ve got a big window out front that looks right onto Gotri Road, so we see everyone walking by. It’s a good spot for people-watching when things are quiet. I usually spend most of my time hunched over the counter with a magnifying glass. The air in here always smells a bit like burning solder. We have a small television in the corner that we keep on for the news, mostly just for background noise. People in Naya Gaon know us as the place where you can just sit and chat while you wait for a quick fix. We don't have a uniform or anything, just our regular clothes. The rug near the door is a bit frayed at the edges and the ceiling fan wobbles if you turn it up to three. We try to keep things organized, but when it gets busy, tools end up everywhere. By the end of the day, there's a pile of broken glass from replaced screens in the bin. We shut the lights off around eight and walk home, ready to do the same thing tomorrow.
