Our place is located at House Number 153 in Subhash Nagar Colony. We’re right near the H.M.T. Colony in Pinjore, which is part of the Panchkula district. It’s a bit of a specific spot to find if you aren't from around here. Monster.Com India Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this area for some time now. The neighborhood is mostly quiet residential streets, so it doesn't feel like a big busy office hub. We have a small team here and we just get on with things day by day. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, but we have a backup generator that kicks in after a few minutes of sitting in the dark. It’s just one of those things you deal with when you're based in a place like this. We usually start our mornings fairly early before the sun gets too hot. There's a small shop around the corner where we get snacks and stuff during breaks. Working in Pinjore is different from being in a big city center because you actually know your neighbors. We aren't big on meetings that last for hours. Mostly we just talk across the desks to figure things out. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it's home for us. We’ve been here through the seasons, watching the rain and the heat change the landscape of the colony. It’s a practical space and we like it that way.
