Manmana Foods

Manmana Foods is located in Mohali, specifically at 28th Main, 38th Cross in Corporation Colony 65. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but it’s easy to find once you’re in the area. We focus on preparing food for people who don't want to cook. Most of what we do is packaging up meals for local delivery. The kitchen is almost always running. We have a few big stoves and some large counters for prep work. It gets quite noisy with the fans going and the pots clanking together. Corporation Colony is a busy part of Mohali, so there’s always something happening outside our door. We started this because we saw a lot of people working long hours who needed decent food. It isn't a five-star dining experience. It's just solid food made by people who have been cooking for years. We buy our vegetables from the local market every morning to make sure they're alright. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than expected if a big order comes in, but we just do our best to keep up. The staff is mostly local guys who live just a few streets away. We don't have fancy uniforms or a polished reception area. It’s a working kitchen and it looks like one. We just put our heads down and get the cooking done so the food can go out on time. It is a simple life for us here at the shop.
