Mangal Communication

Mangal Communication is our little shop located in Raipur Khurd on S M Road. We are at S 18, which is just a short walk from the main junction. We mostly handle phone recharges, SIM cards, and some basic mobile accessories. It’s a tiny space, so we spend a lot of time standing near the door talking to people passing by. Raipur Khurd is a tight-knit community, so we know most of the people who live on this street. We have a small glass counter where we keep the memory cards and chargers. The walls are covered with posters for different mobile plans that are probably out of date by now. We don't have an air conditioner, just a ceiling fan that wobbles a little when it’s on high speed. It’s a busy life, especially during the festival seasons when everyone wants to top up their balance to call home. Sometimes the internet connection for our recharge machine acts up, and we have to restart it a few times. We also help people who aren't very good with technology to set up their new phones. It’s not a corporate store with uniforms; we just wear our regular clothes and chat with whoever comes in. We have an old stool for ourselves and a plastic chair for any customer who needs to sit down while we sort out their paperwork. The counter is always covered with loose change and small pieces of paper with phone numbers scribbled on them. It might look a bit messy, but we know where everything is.
