Walking down Sua Road in Sector 15, you’ll eventually find us. Mahajan Crockery isn't hard to spot if you’re looking for it, but it’s easy to walk right past if you’re in a hurry. The shelves are packed tight with all sorts of things, and sometimes it feels like a bit of a maze in here. We spend a good part of the morning just dusting things off. It’s a dusty road outside, so the cleaning never really ends. We’ve got stacks of plates and cups everywhere you look. Sometimes a customer comes in looking for one specific bowl they broke years ago, and we spend twenty minutes digging through the back corner to find it. It’s quiet on Sua Road during the mid-afternoon, which is when we usually have our lunch. Sector 15 is a nice enough neighborhood, mostly families and people who have lived here forever. They know us and we know them. We don't have a website or anything like that, we just rely on people seeing the sign when they walk by. The floor is made of old stone that’s gone smooth over the years from all the walking. It gets a bit cold in the winter, so we usually have a small heater tucked under the main counter. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, making sure the shelves are full and the door stays open for whoever needs something for their kitchen.
