Our office is at 204, Dogra Building, on Street Number 9 in Krishna Nagar. Hoshiarpur is a nice, steady town and we have been operating here for a good bit now. We do management consulting, which usually sounds more complicated than it actually is. Mostly, we just help local businesses organize their staff better and fix their internal processes when things get messy. The Dogra Building is an older structure, but it is sturdy and central. Our office is up on the second floor. It has a few desks and a small area where we can sit and have tea with our clients. We do not wear suits every day unless we have a particularly big meeting scheduled. Usually, it is just casual clothes and a lot of talk about how to make a business run more smoothly. We are not a giant firm with offices in every single city. We just know the Hoshiarpur market and the people who live and work here. We spend a lot of our time visiting other businesses to see how they operate on the ground. It is always interesting to see how different people run their own shops or small factories. We take some notes and then give our honest thoughts on what could be improved. There is no magic formula to it. It is just common sense and looking at things from the outside. Street No-9 is usually busy in the afternoons.
