We’ve been at 3232/2 in Sector 41 D here in Chandigarh for a while now. It’s a quiet part of the city, which is nice because you don’t get all that heavy traffic noise when you’re trying to concentrate. The building is just a normal one, nothing that stands out from the street, so you might drive past it once or twice before you realize you’re here. We started Lecturar because we needed a place to work that wasn't our living rooms. It’s mostly just us handling everything, from answering the phone to cleaning up the coffee cups at the end of the day. The light in the afternoon is really bright through the front window, so we usually have to pull the shades down around three o’clock. Our neighbor likes to garden, so there are usually some nice plants out front, even if they aren't ours. We keep things pretty simple. There aren't any huge meetings or fancy presentations going on. Just a couple of desks, some computers, and a lot of paper. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we end up just sitting around talking about what we're going to have for lunch. It’s a basic setup, but it works for what we need to do. We don’t see any reason to make it more complicated than it is. Most of the people around here know us by now, so we feel right at home in this sector.
