Layer Beauty Salon is a unisex place located on Chajju Majra Road in Mundi Kharar. We are right near the Sbp Homes, which is a big landmark around here. A lot of our customers live in those apartments and just walk over when they need something done. We also serve people coming from Chandigarh since the road connects up pretty well. The shop is a decent size for the area. We have different spots for men and women to get their hair done. It isn't a very fancy place, but we keep it tidy and the equipment is well-maintained. I decided to open here because the neighborhood was growing so fast. There is always construction noise or traffic sounds coming from Chajju Majra Road. It makes the day feel busy even when the shop is quiet inside. I spend a lot of time cleaning the mirrors and making sure the towels are fresh. It’s just part of the daily grind for us. We don't have any big corporate backing, it is just a local business run by people who live nearby. I like that we know most of the people who walk through the door by their first name.
