Krishna Chat Shop

Krishna Chat Shop is located in Sector 34. It is just a small corner spot where I set up every day. I’ve been here for a few years now and most of the people who live around here stop by at least once a week. The shop is mostly just a large cart and a few plastic stools for people to sit on if they don't want to stand. I spend a lot of time prepping the ingredients at home before I bring everything here. It is a lot of chopping and mixing. The weather is the biggest thing I have to deal with. If it rains, I have to pull the plastic sheets down quickly. If it's too hot, the afternoon crowd is a bit thin. I don't have any fancy equipment, just my bowls and the stone for grinding. Sector 34 is a quiet area mostly, but it picks up in the evenings when families come out for a walk. I don't have a big sign or any lights, just the smell of the spices to let people know I'm open. My son helps me clean up the plates and the area around the cart when we close. We don't make a lot of money, but it is enough to keep us going. It’s just a basic chat shop with no bells or whistles. Sometimes the traffic in Sector 34 gets a bit heavy and I have to move the cart a few inches to let the cars through. I keep a bucket of water nearby to keep the dust down on the ground. It is just a routine I have followed for years.
