Kartar Corner

You can find us at Booth Number 158 in the main market of Sector 34c. It is a very busy part of Chandigarh. The Gurudwara is right nearby, so there are always people walking around this section of the market. Our shop is a small booth, like many others in this area. We have been here for a good amount of time. People know this corner well. We open up in the morning and stay until the market starts to quiet down at night. Since we are in Sector 34, we get many students who are here for their coaching classes. They usually come in groups and stand around talking while they wait. It can get a little crowded on the sidewalk in front of the booth, but nobody seems to mind much. We do not have a lot of space inside, so most of the action happens right at the counter. We use simple equipment and keep everything within reach. The sun hits the front of the booth in the afternoon, so we sometimes have to pull the shade down a bit. It is a basic place to get what you need without any fuss. We know the other shopkeepers around here too. We all just go about our business. Kartar Corner is just a small part of this big market, but we like being here. We see the seasons change from this little spot in 34c.
