K.P Salon

Azad Market is a busy place, and K.P Salon is right in the middle of it at Shop Number-234. We are located in Sector 20C, and you can usually find us if you are coming from the 20/21 lights. Those lights can be a real pain during rush hour, and we often see the cars backed up while we are working. The shop is a small one, but it is enough for a couple of chairs. We have been in Chandigarh for a while now, and the 160020 area feels like home. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but for now, they are fine. We keep the scissors sharp and the combs clean. It is mostly local people from the market who stop in, though sometimes someone new finds us while they are out shopping for groceries. We don’t do anything too complicated here. It’s just haircuts and shaves, the usual stuff. The fan on the ceiling makes a little clicking noise, but nobody seems to mind it much. We start in the morning and stay until the market starts to quiet down at night. It is a steady way to spend the day. Being near the lights means we hear a lot of honking, but that is just part of being in this part of town. We are just a regular local shop trying to stay busy and we hope the power stays on through the evening.
