We have our office set up over at 101 in Sector-44 A. Chandigarh is a planned city, so finding us is pretty straightforward if you know how the sectors are laid out. This specific office deals with staffing and finding workers for different companies. It's mostly just a few of us sitting at desks, answering phones, and looking through applications all day. We’ve had people from all over the area come in looking for work. Sometimes it’s a quick process, and other times it takes weeks to find the right fit for a role. The office isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we do. We have a lot of folders and stacks of paper because everything hasn't gone digital yet, despite what people say in the news. It gets a little hectic on Monday mornings when everyone is looking for updates. We just try to keep things moving along. There isn't any fancy decor here, just the basics like desks, computers, and a water cooler that sometimes acts up when you need it most. People usually find us by word of mouth or by seeing the address listed in the directory. We’ve been in this sector for a bit now and know the local area well. If someone needs a job or a company needs help filling a gap, they usually walk in or give us a call. We’re just regular people trying to help other people get to work. It’s a straightforward business without much fuss or extra stuff.
