J S Mobile World is over in the Zirakpur New Market area of Mohali. It’s a fairly new spot for us, and the market itself is always changing. There are always new shops opening up nearby, so it stays pretty busy. We deal with mobiles, obviously, but it’s more than just selling them. There’s a lot of setting things up and showing people how to use their new devices. The shop is bright, maybe a bit too bright sometimes with all the overhead lights, but it helps us see what we are doing. We have a lot of different models on display, and the glass cases need wiping down constantly because of all the fingerprints. Zirakpur is growing fast, so we get a lot of people moving into the area who need a local place for their phone needs. It isn't a huge corporate store. It’s just us. We have some stools for people to sit on while they wait, but they aren't the most comfortable things in the world. Still, they do the job. We spend our days talking to customers and checking out the latest stuff that comes in. The New Market has its own vibe, and we are just happy to be a part of it. It’s a lot of work keeping everything organized, but we manage. If you are around Mohali, you’ll find us there in the thick of the market.
