J K Communication is right on Burail Main Road 1706/2. If you know the Burail area, you know how crowded and lively it gets. Our shop is small, just a narrow space filled with phone parts and accessories. I’ve been working out of this location for several years. There’s always music coming from the shops nearby, and the smell of street food is usually in the air. We do all the regular stuff like fixing cracked screens and battery replacements. It’s not the most organized place in the world, to be honest. I have piles of paperwork on my desk and a drawer full of cables that I need to sort through one day. People come in and out all day long, mostly just asking for quick help with their devices. The front door sticks a little when it’s raining, but we just pull it hard. We don't have a big sign with flashing lights, just the name J K Communication above the door. Most of our regulars are from the blocks around Burail Main Road. I usually have a helper with me, but sometimes I’m here by myself. It’s a lot of work, but it keeps us going. We don't bother with fancy uniforms or anything like that. We just wear what we have and get to work on whatever phone is sitting on the counter. It’s a real place for real people, just doing what we can on the main road.
