Institute Of Hospitality Management

The Institute Of Hospitality Management is located in Sector 34 at SCO 66 67. If you know the area, you know it’s a hub for various businesses and shops. We use our space to teach people the basics of working in hotels and restaurants. It’s a lot of hands-on stuff, so the building is often full of the sounds of people practicing their service skills or working in the training kitchen. We don't have a corporate feel here because hospitality is about people, and you can't teach that in a stiff environment. The desks are often pushed aside to make room for practical demonstrations. Our staff has spent years working in the industry, so they know that things aren't always perfect. We talk about the long hours and the hard work that goes into the job. The office part of the SCO is where we handle the enrollments and the paperwork, which can pile up pretty fast. We try to stay organized, but with so many students coming through, there’s always something needing attention. It’s a busy place, and we like it that way. We don’t promise anyone a dream career; we just show them how to do the work correctly. Being in Sector 34 makes it easy for everyone to reach us. It’s a practical school for people who actually want to learn the trade and get their hands dirty with the daily work.
