We are over at 163, Sector 26, right by the Police Complex in Chandigarh. This is where we do all our training and daily work. The place is usually full of people and papers or projects lying around. It’s definitely not a typical, boring office. There’s a lot of energy, but it also gets a bit messy quite often with everyone working at once. We’ve been here in Sector 26 for quite some time, and the building has seen a lot of people come and go over the years. Our staff is a mix of people who have been here forever and new faces just starting out. We don't have a polished corporate image because that’s not really what we’re about here. We’re more about the actual work and making sure people learn what they need to. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles when it’s really hot outside, but we just keep working on our tasks. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It’s about getting a job done and getting better at it through practice. You’ll see people talking and working together in the halls. It’s a lively environment, that’s for sure. Being near the Police Complex makes it easy to give directions to anyone coming for the first time. We just try to provide a space where people can actually do something useful without a lot of unnecessary fluff. It’s a regular place with regular people trying to do something they enjoy. We spend a lot of time just getting things ready for the next day.
