Climbing the stairs every morning to the first floor gets your blood moving. This part of Phase I is always noisy with trucks coming in and out. At International Mega Food Park Ltd., the phone rings a lot. It’s usually someone asking about a shipment or a delivery time. We spend a lot of time looking at logs and schedules. The office isn't huge, but it fits what we need. Since we deal with food stuff, things have to move fast. You can’t just let things sit around. We have a few computers that have seen better days, but they still work fine for what we do. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s part of life here. Our neighbors in the building are mostly doing similar things, so we all know each other. The coffee we make in the small pantry is okay, nothing special, but it keeps us awake during the slow hours in the afternoon. We don’t have a big reception area or anything. If someone shows up, they just walk right in and talk to whoever is free. It’s a practical way to run things. We make sure the paperwork is done so the food gets where it needs to go. That’s about it for our daily life here. We stay busy and keep things moving.
