We are based at Plot No. 134 in Phase 2 of the Industrial Area, right near the ESI Hospital. It’s a convenient landmark because everyone knows where the hospital is. The shop is a bit older than some of the newer units around us. We have several workbenches lined up under the windows to catch the natural light. It’s a lot of fine work, so having good light is important even with the overhead bulbs. The floor is usually covered in fine metal dust despite our best efforts to keep it clean. We have a small area out back where we keep the raw materials and some of the bigger tools that we don't use every day. It’s not a very big place, so we have to be organized or we’d never find anything. The office is just a desk pushed into a corner with a lot of blueprints and scribbled notes pinned to the wall above it. We don't have a receptionist or anyone like that. Usually, whoever is closest to the door greets whoever walks in. We’ve worked with a lot of the same people for a long time. It’s a steady rhythm of grinding, measuring, and checking. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We’re just a local tool shop that’s been here for years, doing the same kind of work every day and making sure things are built to last.
