Operating in Chandigarh is interesting because of how organized everything is. We spend our days handling insurance and money matters for the people who live around here. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just the usual desks, some filing cabinets that are getting too full, and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing. The commute in the morning is usually smooth unless there's some construction on the main roads. We drink a lot of tea while going through forms and checking numbers. It can get a bit repetitive, looking at the same types of documents all day, but that’s just how this business goes. We don't put on airs or try to act like we’re something we aren't. We’re just a bunch of people working in the city, trying to keep things sorted for the families who come to us. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy when we have a big pile of claims to process, but we usually clear it out by Friday. The weather outside changes, the seasons go by, and we just keep sitting at these same desks. We know the local spots for a quick lunch and we usually talk about the weather or the traffic while we wait for the computers to load. It's a steady pace here in Chandigarh, and we just try to keep up with the daily tasks as they come.
