Out on the Manimajra Dangmali Solapur Road, at Sco 910, is where you’ll find our office. It’s a busy road and the noise from the traffic never really stops, even after the sun goes down. We handle a lot of phone calls and technical stuff here at Hfcl Infotel Ltd., so there’s always the sound of people talking or keyboards clicking. The space is a bit cramped because we have a lot of cables and hardware stacked up in the corners. I spend a lot of time staring at monitors or trying to figure out why a connection is acting up. It can be frustrating when things don't work like they should, but that’s just the nature of the job. We keep a stash of biscuits in the bottom drawer for when things get really hectic. The walls are a bit scuffed from moving desks around last year, and we never did get around to repainting them. It’s not a place you’d come for a tour, just a working office where we try to keep things running. Sometimes the internet goes out for us too, which is always a bit ironic considering what we do. We just do our best to help the people who call in or stop by with questions. We have a small plastic plant by the window that is mostly covered in dust, but it’s the only bit of green we have in here. It’s a busy place, but it’s our little corner.
