At Harbans Singh & Sons, we have been based at SCO-1004 near the Chandigarh G.P.O. for a long time. It’s a well-known spot in the city. The business has been in the family, passed down through the years, so we’ve seen a lot of history from this office. We aren't trying to be modern or flashy. We keep the old desks and the way we do things is pretty traditional. It’s just how we like it. Working near the Chandigarh G.P.O. means there is always a lot of activity nearby, with people coming and going to the post office. We are at SCO-1004, and if you walk by, you’ll probably see one of the sons or me working at the main table. We don't use any corporate jargon or marketing fluff. We just do our work and talk to our customers like they are our neighbors, which most of them are. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, and it takes us a while to get through it all, but that’s part of the job. We value the relationships we’ve built over the decades here in Chandigarh. It’s not about being the biggest or the most famous; it’s just about doing a decent job every day. If you are in the area, feel free to drop in.
