Halmark Cards & Gifts

Halmark Cards & Gifts is at Sco 4 in Sector 11. It’s a pretty standard SCO unit. We have a lot of cards, like you’d expect from the name. We also have a variety of gift items spread out across the store. We try to keep things organized by category so if you want a gift for a baby you look in one spot, and for a wedding in another. It doesn't always stay that way though. Sector 11 is a nice part of town and we get a lot of people coming in while they are out doing their other errands. We’ve got some nice stationery too, pens and notebooks and that kind of thing. It’s just me and one other person working here most of the time. We do our own cleaning and we set up the window displays ourselves. They aren't professional but they show what we have inside. We don’t have a big corporate feel at all. We just want to be a helpful shop in the neighborhood. Some days are busier than others, especially around the holidays. We just take it as it comes. If you need a card or a little something for someone, we’re usually here. We just focus on keeping the shop going and helping folks find a card that says the right thing. It's a quiet enough job and we like the regulars who come in every year.
