Being over here at 1572 Mohali Benham Hall Lane means we see a lot of people coming and going. This part of Mohali has really grown over the years, and we have been right in the middle of it. Our office is a simple place where we keep our files, keys, and maps. It gets a bit crowded when more than three people are inside at once, but we manage. We handle property stuff, mostly just helping folks find a spot to live or maybe a small shop to rent. There is always a lot of paperwork on the desk, and the phone rings more than I sometimes like. We know the streets around here pretty well because we spend half our time walking them to check on buildings. Benham Hall Lane is a busy little stretch, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading to work. We aren't trying to be some big corporate firm; we just know the local market and the people who live here. Sometimes we just sit outside on the steps and talk to the neighbors about how the prices are moving lately. It’s a lot of talking and walking, really. We have a small sign out front so people can find us, but most folks just know where we are by now. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down. We have seen families grow and move around this neighborhood for a long time now.
