Glaxy Watch & Mobile Service

You can find us at Shop No 278 on J Venkatadas Road in Sector 15 C. We do a bit of everything here at Glaxy Watch & Mobile Service. Most people come in because their watch stopped ticking or their phone screen is shattered. It’s a small shop, so it gets a bit cramped when more than three people are inside. We have these tiny screwdrivers and magnifying glasses all over the counter. Fixing a watch is very different from fixing a phone, but we’ve learned both over the years. It takes a steady hand and some patience. We’ve been in Sector 15 for quite some time now and we know a lot of the folks who live around here. We don't have any big corporate backing, just us trying to make a living. Sometimes a repair is quick, like changing a battery, and other times we have to keep the device for a few days. We try to be fair about it. The street outside is usually busy, so there’s always something to look at through the window when things are slow. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. We just fix what's broken and hand it back. It’s a simple way to run a business. We like the challenge of figuring out why a watch won't run or why a phone won't charge. It keeps the day interesting. The light in the shop is a bit yellow, which isn't great for seeing tiny watch parts, so we use these bright desk lamps that we keep clipped to the tables.
