Ganpati Communication

Ganpati Communication is tucked away inside Punit Nagar Society in Sector 38. We are at shop 1446, which isn't the easiest place to find if you aren't from around here. It is a small shop, mostly filled with mobile accessories, screen guards, and a lot of tangled charging cables. I started this place because I noticed everyone in the society was always complaining about having to go all the way to the main market just to get a phone recharged or to buy a new pair of earphones. The space is tight, and we usually have boxes stacked in the corner because there is nowhere else to put them. On most afternoons, it’s quiet enough that I can sit and read the paper, but once school gets out, the kids come in looking for phone covers or small gadgets. We do some basic repairs too, mostly just changing batteries or fixing broken screens that people dropped on the pavement. The fan overhead makes a clicking sound that I’ve stopped noticing after all these years. It is a simple life running a shop like this. You get to know everyone's business because they talk while waiting for their phones to boot up. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the name on the shutter and a few posters in the window. It works for us and for the neighbors too.
